- Active Indiana state license and DEA
- Will accept IMLC
- Fellowship
- ABLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Call
- 2nd/call backup
- 15-minute response time
- Support Staff
- RN
- 2 APP
- MA
- EMR
