  • Housing for the provider has been secured.

Requirements

  • Board Certified
  • Active Florida License
Call
  • Call Ratio:3
  • 10% Call Back
  • 3 Phone consults on avg per 24 hours
  • 1 Admission on avg per 24 hours

Support Staff

  • 3 RN's, 1 MA

  • Medhost
