Clinic hours: 8am 4pm
Call schedule: TBD
Weekend requirement: As needed
On-call: Yes; schedule TBD

Requirements
Board certified or truly board eligible in hematology & oncology
Active Iowa license or active IMLC
Fellowship trained in hematology & oncology
Must be experienced
Provider must be willing to work at both locations
Clean malpractice/background

Patient assessments
New treatment plans
Ongoing treatment plans
Changes in therapy
Referral for ancillary services
End-of-life care
Chemotherapy management
Pain management

Assignment Details
Patient contact hours: 6
Patient population: Medicare / Medicaid / Commercial
Clinic days: 8
Outreach: 6 days/month
Telehealth: Yes
Medical hematology/oncology coverage 4 5 days/week
Number of physicians: 1
Nursing support: 1:1
Medical imaging + lab & pharmacy available
Clinic provider daily volume:
Average daily hospital census:
Appointment length: 40 min consults; 20 min follow-ups
EMR: EPIC
