Facility in Holidaysburg, PA seeking ENT locums coverageRates: Reg Hourly $330/hr24 hour Weekend call $2500Night Call $400 beeper feeWeekend hourly call back - $350/hrOpportunity HighlightsStart Date: April 27, 2026 (Ongoing)Schedule: 10-day consecutive block per month.Typical Stretch: Saturday (7:00 AM) through the following Tuesday (7:00 AM).Shift Details: MonFri: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (Clinic/Rounding) + Night Call (4:30 PM 8:00 AM).Sat/Sun: 24-Hour Call (8:00 AM 8:00 AM).Clinical Setting: 400-bed hospital (Level III Trauma Center) and outpatient clinics Support: Working with 1 Physician Assistant; audio services provided by an independent consultant.EMR: Epic.Clinical Scope & VolumeOutpatient: Approximately 20 patients per day (70% Adult / 30% Pediatric).Inpatient/Call: Average of 3 consults per day. Weekends typically see 24 consults, primarily related to accidental injuries (MVA) and airway concerns.Surgical Volume: 1215 surgeries during the 10-day coverage block.Procedures Required: Routine: T&A, BMT, Thyroidectomy, MDL with biopsy, Endoscopic sinus.Trauma/Critical: Tracheotomy (Must have ability), Oral Maxillofacial repairs, facial plating, soft tissue repair, and mandible arch bars.Provider RequirementsBoard Status: Board Certified (MD/DO).Experience: Minimum of 5 years.Licensure: Active Pennsylvania state license is highly preferred.Credentialing: Full privileges available (90-day timeframe).Certifications: Active ACLS and BLS.IMLC: Willing to consider IMLC-qualified candidates.About WhiteCoat Locums:- Physician owned and led agency- Highest-Pay rates on the market- $1m/3m malpractice insurance and tail- 100% transparent
