We offer end-to-end solutions-from design and installation to ongoing maintenance and emergency support-<strong>helping clients maximize building performance, energy efficiency, and equipment lifespan</strong>.</p> <strong>Position Summary</strong> <p>Drives <strong>service-project</strong> revenue by developing scopes/quotes for repairs, replacements, retrofits, and small design-build upgrades. Owns customer relationships, pricing strategy, and handoff to field PMs/Foremen.</p><p></p> <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> <ul><li><p>Build and manage a territory of <strong>facility managers, property managers, and owner-direct</strong> accounts.</p></li><li><p>Conduct site assessments; develop scopes for <strong>equipment change-outs, pipe/fabrication, controls, energy upgrades,</strong> and code/safety corrections.</p></li><li><p>Create proposals with labor, materials, rentals, and subcontractor quotes; manage <strong>margin/GM</strong> targets.</p></li><li><p>Present options (good/better/best) and close work; secure <strong>POs</strong> and schedule with Dispatch/Operations.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate pre-job submittals, permits, and material releases; attend kickoff meetings.</p></li><li><p>Track <strong>backlog, hit rate, bookings</strong>, and <strong>forecast</strong> weekly, update CRM promptly.</p></li><li><p>Ensure a clean <strong>handoff to field PM/Foreman</strong> and stay engaged through punch/closeout for references.</p></li></ul><p></p> <strong>Qualifications</strong> <ul><li><p><strong>3+ years</strong> in <strong>HVAC/plumbing/electrical service</strong> sales or project management.</p></li><li><p>Ability to build scopes and price work accurately with estimating support.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of <strong>mechanical/electrical systems</strong>, code basics, safety, and site logistics.</p></li><li><p>Strong customer communication and time management; CRM discipline.</p></li><li><p>Valid driver's license; regional travel.</p></li><li><p>Experience selling to <strong>owner-direct</strong> customers and converting service findings/PMs into projects (Preferred).</p><p></p></li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Competitive salary based on experience.</p></li><li><p>Health, dental, and vision insurance.</p></li><li><p>Paid time off and holiday pay.</p></li><li><p>Opportunities for professional development and certification assistance.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Equal Employment Opportunity:</strong></p><p>Upchurch Companies provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants.
