We at Coforge are seeking a Provider Educator (Provider Training and Experience) with the following skillset:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a comprehensive provider education strategy - including live and recorded webinars, written reference materials, quick reference guides, and portal-based resources.
  • Develop training curricula covering prior authorization submission workflows, documentation requirements, resubmission procedures, peer-to-peer review, and the Exemption Program.
  • Coordinate outreach to affected WISeR Providers and Suppliers in collaboration with the designated MAC and internal communications teams.
  • Build and manage a public-facing resource library including FAQs, step-by-step submission guides, decision flowcharts, and policy summaries.
  • Track training completion, provider engagement, and non-affirmation trends by provider segment to identify education gaps; design and deliver targeted follow-up resources to close those gaps.
  • Establish feedback mechanisms (surveys, call monitoring, inquiry analysis) to continuously measure education effectiveness and improve content quality.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in provider education, healthcare communications, training & development, or a related field within a managed care or healthcare environment.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering multi-format provider or healthcare professional education programs (webinars, e-learning, written guides, live training).
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare prior authorization, pre-payment review, or utilization management processes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - able to translate complex Medicare policy into clear, actionable, plain-language guidance for diverse provider audiences.
  • Proven ability to develop curriculum, instructional content, and training materials from scratch with minimal direction.
  • Comfortable using provider inquiry data, training completion metrics and data trends to measure effectiveness and drive content improvements.
  • Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple content workstreams simultaneously and deliver on tight pre-launch timelines.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Own and manage provider-facing communication channels - including portal notifications, email campaigns, and outreach letters.
  • Build and maintain a library of communication templates, provider FAQs, and response scripts to ensure consistency and compliance across all provider touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with MAC partners on joint outreach and education initiatives, including introductory letters, training sessions, and shared web postings.
  • Monitor communication volume and provider inquiry trends to proactively identify emerging issues and anticipate education needs.
