We place talented candidates with our partner healthcare facilities with the shared goal of providing exceptional, compassionate care.</p><ul><li> Paid Weekly </li><li> Award-winning hospital partners across the nation </li><li> Dedicated career specialists to support you every step of the way </li><li> Immediate and flexible opportunities to create your career journey </li><li> Tailored career pathway where you can thrive personally and professionally </li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li><p>Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department during night shift, including triage, assessment, monitoring, and interventions.</p></li><li><p>Apply the nursing process to develop and implement individualized care plans.</p></li><li><p>Monitor patient condition, vital signs, and telemetry; respond rapidly to changes.</p></li><li><p>Communicate patient status, diagnostic results, and treatment plans with physicians and the care team.</p></li><li><p>Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency interventions per orders and protocols.</p></li><li><p>Provide patient and family education regarding diagnosis, treatment, discharge instructions, and follow-up.</p></li><li><p>Supervise and coordinate LVNs/LPNs and nursing assistants as needed.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate EMR documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.</p></li><li><p>Ensure EMTALA compliance and report suspected abuse to appropriate agencies.</p></li><li><p>Participate in emergency response, trauma resuscitation, and critical care stabilization.</p></li><li><p>Support patient safety initiatives and evidence-based emergency nursing practices.</p></li></ul> Qualifications: <p>EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING</p><p><br />1. Current and valid state RN License.<br />2. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.<br />3. Current ACLS certificate required upon hire and maintain current. <br />4. Current PALS certificate and/or ENPC required upon hire and maintain current. <br />5. Basic Arrythmia Interpretation required upon hire. <br />6. Minimum of one year experience as a staff nurse RN in an acute care hospital setting; E.R. setting required.<br />7. Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred.<br />8. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.</p><p> </p><p>Facility Specific Requirements (facility may require items listed below):</p><p> </p><p>1. In Paramedic Base Station ED: MICN within 12 months of hire and maintain current. <br />2. EDAP certified facilities: Completion of emergency pediatric course 1 and 2 within 6 months of hire.<br />3. Non-OB facilities: NRP certificate 90 days upon hire and maintain current.<br />4.
