Apply Now <br><br><b>Saint Luke's East Hospital</b> in Lees Summit is looking for a talented Registered Nurse to join the dynamic <b>Progressive Care Unit</b>.<br><br><b>Position:</b> Registered Nurse (RN) - PCU<br><b>Schedule:</b> Full Time, 36 hours, Days<br><br>Supportive leadership team, with Nursing Assistants to assist<br>Intensivists and NP's work alongside RNs during shifts, Respiratory Therapy available at night<br>Extra incentives available for picking up additional shifts<br><br>Accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Responsible for performing patient care delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff. Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
