<p>Registered Nurse </p><p>Fulltime - NIghtshift</p><p>Position Summary</p><p>The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care through assessments, nursing interventions, documentation, and interdisciplinary coordination, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.</p><p>Essential Functions</p><ul><li>Accurately perform patient assessments and identify individual care needs.</li><li>Initiate and implement appropriate nursing interventions.</li><li>Deliver care appropriate to the condition and age of each patient.</li><li>Document medical necessity and nursing activities in a timely and accurate manner.</li><li>Complete and revise Interdisciplinary Care Plans for assigned patients.</li><li>Perform timely and accurate Quality Improvement (QI) assessments.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>Additional Information</p><p>Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.</p><p>Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.</p><p>Attention to detail in clinical documentation is essential.</p><p>Knowledge, Skills & Abilities</p><p>The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required.</p><p><strong>Education:</strong> Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program.</p><p><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum six months of Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.</p><p><strong>License:</strong> Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.</p><p><strong>Certifications:</strong> CPR/BCLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
