The nursing process is utilized to assess, diagnose, establish a plan with outcome criteria, intervene, evaluate, and document human responses to actual or potential health problems. This practice includes dependent, interdependent and independent functions.<br> <br><strong>Qualifications</strong><br> <br>Must have graduated from an accredited school or college of nursing. Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.<br> <br>Specific services/positions may have additional education, training or experience requirements. Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span as part of the curriculum or have had a<br> <br>minimum of 400 hours of experience as a RN (or LPN) at another facility.<br> <br>Requires current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state, or states, of practice. Nurses performing nursing practice over<br> <br>the telephone require licensure in the states where the patients being served reside.
