This opportunity promises an invigorating and exciting environment where good work is done so we always look for flexibility and a sense of humor in addition to other valuable traits like intent, hard work, and good communication skills.</p> <p><strong>As a Retail Staff Member, you will be responsible for the following:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Educating our customers on the history of Tree House, our philosophy, and our beer</li> <li>Can packing, can sales, and checkout operation</li> <li>Speedy and accurate draft pours with great care for the product</li> <li>Flavor profile assessment and the ability to guide customers through their decision-making process with ease and efficiency.</li> <li>Assuring clean facilities / Keg line cleaning weekly</li> <li>Organizing and assisting with merchandise inventory including log record keeping </li> <li>Tirelessly working to maintain the friendly and welcoming atmosphere at Tree House</li> <li>Many other retail related tasks as needed</li> </ul> <p><strong>Applicant </strong><strong><em>Requirements:</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Relevant experience in a fast-paced retail environment</li> <li>Refined and educated beer palate</li> <li>Impeccable communication and customer service skills</li> <li>Bartending Experience with TIPS certification strongly preferred</li> <li>Able to push, pull, bend, and lift up to 50lbs consistently and be on your feet standing/walking for the majority of your shift</li> <li>You are self-motivated and able to work autonomously, with a focused and hardworking attitude</li> <li>A quick learner who is able to work with minimal or no supervision</li> <li>Ability to multitask and work coolly and professionally in time sensitive situations</li> <li>You are not afraid to speak your mind and share ideas</li> <li>Ability to troubleshoot issues and/or pivot plans quickly in order to coordinate corrective actions needed </li> <li>Demonstrated meticulous attention to detail in processing payments</li> <li>Understanding and knowledge of the needs of artisan product consumers / broad craft beer knowledge & passion</li> <li>Desire to learn about the history of Tree House, our vision, and our beer; longstanding knowledge of Tree House's history and beer archive is a plus</li> <li>Flexible schedule and a willingness to work nights and weekends as needed to ensure coverage and that retail needs are met </li> </ul> <p> </p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?zBcuJOG0rS1pfH1tW89TdIp25zu6dfLiu" width="0" height="0" />
