Primary responsibilities of the Senior Tax Analyst:
Oversee and support the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local corporate income tax returns
Participate in the review of international tax filings
Assist with quarterly and annual income tax provision calculations (ASC 740)
Conduct tax research and support planning initiatives to optimize the company's tax position
Coordinate responses to federal and state tax audits
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on tax-related matters
Identify and implement process improvements, including automation and technology enhancements
Primary qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or progress toward certification preferred
3+ years of relevant experience in corporate income tax, ideally with both compliance and provision exposure
Familiarity with ASC 740 and US GAAP tax reporting
Experience with fixed assets, intangible assets, and M&A tax considerations is a plus
Advanced Excel skills; experience with major ERP and tax software systems preferred
Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
Self-starter with a collaborative, inquisitive mindset
