Senior Tax Analyst

Primary responsibilities of the Senior Tax Analyst:
  • Oversee and support the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local corporate income tax returns
  • Participate in the review of international tax filings
  • Assist with quarterly and annual income tax provision calculations (ASC 740)
  • Conduct tax research and support planning initiatives to optimize the company's tax position
  • Coordinate responses to federal and state tax audits
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on tax-related matters
  • Identify and implement process improvements, including automation and technology enhancements
Primary qualifications include:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or progress toward certification preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in corporate income tax, ideally with both compliance and provision exposure
  • Familiarity with ASC 740 and US GAAP tax reporting
  • Experience with fixed assets, intangible assets, and M&A tax considerations is a plus
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with major ERP and tax software systems preferred
  • Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
  • Self-starter with a collaborative, inquisitive mindset

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
