Responsible for building and increasing sales. </li><li> The Store Manager will assist in the recruiting of, recommend for hire, and train positive individuals to become members of the team, ensuring excellent customer service. </li><li> Supervise and discipline all store employees according to company policy. </li><li> Store Manager will Promote and resolve customer complaints, in a timely and professional manner. </li><li> Implement and enforce established daily operating procedures to ensure the store is clean, adequately stocked, organized, and well kept. </li><li> The Store Manager will ensure all merchandise is stocked and displays are attractive, priced correctly, and displayed in a safe manner. </li><li> The Store Manager will monitor daily retail gasoline competitors and send the prices to the corporate office in a timely manner as established by management. </li><li> Complete daily paperwork and computer entry in a timely manner as established by management. </li><li> The Store Manager will monitor cash over/short, inventory shrinkage, and drive offs daily. </li><li> Store Managers need to have the physical ability to perform all the duties of a store cashier regularly. </li><li> Understand all information in the daily reporting of store operations. </li><li> Store Managers will follow and enforce all company policies and established procedures. </li><li> Implement monthly promotions, ensure all POS advertising/signage is properly posted at the proper time. </li><li> Communicate and perform all price change requests, mark downs / ups. </li><li> Communicate any problems with merchandise pricing to the Price Book Administrator. </li><li> Implement and enforce all merchandising and vendor policies and procedures. </li><li> Enforce all Safety and Security Issues and report all unsafe conditions. </li><li> Conduct regular safety and Security Meeting and document with employees attending signatures. </li><li> Report and process all employee and/ or customer incidents or accidents following company procedure. </li><li> The Store Manager needs to be available for workdays, nights, and weekends. </li></ul> <br/> <br/><b>Requirements</b> <p><br/></p><ul><li> Proven experience as a retail manager or in a similar managerial role. </li><li> Strong leadership and organizational skills. </li><li> Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. </li><li> Familiarity with financial and customer service principles. </li><li> Knowledge of retail management best practices. </li><li> Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. </li><li> Proficient in MS Office and retail management software. </li><li> High school diploma or equivalent </li><li> Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required. </li><li> Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. </li><li> Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. </li><li> Strong understanding of sales performance metrics. </li></ul><br><br><p>PIe2e85a11171e-7744</p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?XYmMuhItACY6pvtcDud50CzzVwpr3o9wx" width="0" height="0" />
