Job Details

• Handle all phases of trusts and estates litigation from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, and trial
• Represent clients in trust contests, will contests, fiduciary disputes, and related probate court matters
• Advise clients on rights and obligations arising from estate plans, trust instruments, and fiduciary relationships
• Collaborate with the firm's Trusts & Estates planning attorneys on matters involving both litigation and transactional components

Looking For:

• Bar Admission in applicable state
• Recent trusts and estates litigation experience

You should know some of the following:

• Trust Contests / Will Contests
• Fiduciary Litigation
• Probate Court Proceedings
• Elder Financial Abuse / Undue Influence Claims
• Conservatorship / Guardianship Disputes
• Trust and Estate Administration Disputes
• Breach of Fiduciary Duty
