A growing manufacturing company in the Grand Prairie area is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support a high-volume AP department in a fast-paced environment. This role will focus heavily on invoice processing, 3-way matching, reconciliations, research, and vendor support functions. Hybrid flexibility available after the initial onsite training period.
Responsibilities:
• Process high-volume accounts payable invoices accurately and timely
• Perform 3-way matching against purchase orders and receiving documentation
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor issues
• Process debit memos, credit memos, and RMA documentation
• Perform expense and freight invoice coding
• Support reconciliations and assist with AP reporting functions
• Assist with journal entries and general ledger support as needed
• Analyze and reconcile AP-related accounts and supporting documentation
• Maintain organized documentation and support internal accounting processes
• Work across multiple systems while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of accounts payable experience required
• Experience with 3-way matching and high-volume invoice processing required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or candidates nearing completion of degree with accounting coursework considered
• Intermediate Excel skills required; advanced Excel preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills required
• Oracle experience preferred
• Bilingual Spanish a plus

Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
