An established company in the Fort Worth area is seeking an Accounts Payable Processor to support a fast-paced AP department focused on high-volume invoice processing and vendor support functions. This position offers hybrid flexibility after the initial onsite training period.
Responsibilities:
• Process high-volume accounts payable invoices in a deadline-driven environment
• Review, code, and route non-PO invoices for approvals
• Perform GL coding and maintain invoice accuracy throughout processing
• Research invoice discrepancies and resolve AP issues prior to payment
• Support vendor inquiries regarding invoice and payment status
• Assist with AP indexing and documentation management
• Ensure invoices are processed timely and according to internal standards
• Support additional AP projects and departmental needs as assigned
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of high-volume accounts payable processing experience required
• Experience processing non-PO invoices and 2-way matching required
• Strong AP research and problem-solving experience required
• Previous experience with Coupa or JD Edwards (JDE) preferred
• Intermediate Excel skills required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
