Licensed Practical Nurse - Home Health

Work Schedule

• Standard Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

• Weekend Call: Required twice per month

Minimum Qualifications:

Licensure:

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.

• Must hold and maintain a current LPN license in the hiring state, meeting all State Board of Nursing requirements.

• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.

Certifications:

• CPR certification required

Preferred Qualifications

• LPN IV Certification (if applicable).

• Additional unit specific certifications as required by department or obtained within designated timeframes

Physical Requirements

• Ability to push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.

• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.

• Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform job duties.
