Overview
A well-established organization is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal with Blue Sky experience to join its legal and compliance team. This role will support securities filings, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance functions, working closely with attorneys, compliance professionals, and senior leadership.
This is a strong opportunity for a detail-oriented paralegal looking to grow within corporate law, securities compliance, and investment-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Blue Sky filings (state securities filings), including initial registrations and renewals
Coordinate with regulators and ensure compliance with multi-state securities laws
Assist with preparation and filing of SEC-related documents and regulatory reports
Support corporate governance activities, including:
Board materials
Resolutions
Entity management
Maintain corporate records and legal documentation
Assist with due diligence requests, audits, and compliance reviews
Partner cross-functionally with legal, compliance, and finance teams
Track filing deadlines and ensure timely submissions
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
3+ years of corporate paralegal experience, with Blue Sky filing experience required
Strong understanding of securities regulations and multi-state compliance requirements
Familiarity with SEC filings and corporate governance practices
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
Potential for discretionary bonus
